- A fuzzy friend
Humata tyermannii, or White Rabbits Foot Fern
This plant takes its name from the fuzzy rhizomes that grow out from the plants base. A very different plant (for that very different friend maybe?!)
Light – will tolerate lower light conditions but prefers bright indirect light.
Water – being a fern, moderate to high humidity and moist soil are the favourable water conditions. Water once a week and mist regularly if not kept in a bathroom.
Temperature – likes 18-24°C preferably. Can tolerate slightly lower temperatures, but not draughts.
Toxicity – non toxic. Don’t eat it.
